Osteoarthritis and Pain Relief
A 60-day clinical study was carried out with males and females from the age of 40-75 with Osteoarthritis symptoms in their knees. Subjects who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomized into the study in a 1:1 ratio in CurQLife® L (N=20) and Placebo group (N=20). The study consisted of six visits including screening visits, visit 1 (baseline), visit 2, visit 3, visit 4, and visit 5. Subjects were requested to take one capsule of CurQLife® L or placebo twice daily after food.
The conclusion of this study was overwhelmingly supportive of the efficacy of CurQLife®. Patients experienced significant pain relief, a reduction in joint stiffness, and an increase in mobility, in comparison to the control placebo. Furthermore, zero patients had any adverse reactions. CurQLife® was shown to be effective against alleviating symptoms of knee osteoarthritis.
Additionally, at the end of the 2 month treatment period, the change in Total WOMAC score in CurQLife® was 94% over placebo. Knee flexion results showed 17 fold improvement over placebo. The WOMAC pain score reduced by 94.8% over placebo on 60 days of CurQLife® administration.
The result also showed an improvement in knee stiffness in subjects supplemented with CurQLife® with a reduction of 110.5% over placebo. The change in physical functioning from baseline over placebo was found to be 85.42% in CurQLife®. CurQLife® showed an excellent 300% reduction in LFI score from baseline score over placebo. An average 90% reduction in VAS scores from baseline over placebo was observed.
